Mehmet Kosoglu is an associate in the "banking/finance" team.
He has been involved in structuring, drafting and perfecting financing and security agreements, drafting/amending of relevant corporate documents and issuance of legal opinions. He advises clients on a wide variety of banking and corporate law issues relating to financing structures.
Mehmet is also regularly involved in complex transactional and M&A matters relating to financial services, infrastructure and energy.
Mehmet is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University and holds a master's degree in private law from Istanbul University. He was admitted to the Istanbul Bar in 2009.
