Mustafa Karadaş is an associate in the Corporate / M&A team.

He provides domestic and foreign companies with commercial advice on the full spectrum of transactional, governance, and regulatory matters. In M&A transactions, he assists clients by conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating deal documentation, managing transitional arrangements, and overseeing post-completion corporate reorganisations.

Mustafa recently advised IBM on its acquisition of the StreamSets and webMethods platforms from Software AG, İzocam on its acquisition of His Yalıtım, Saint-Gobain on the formation of a joint venture with Dalsan, and AXA in its acquisition of Groupama's affiliates in Turkey. He also recently worked for Schneider Electric, AXA, Sanofi, Arkema, and Groupe SEB on the implementation of their global employee share ownership plans in Turkey.

Mustafa practised and completed several internships with leading law firms. He is a graduate of Bilkent University Law School and has been a registered lawyer at the İstanbul Bar since 2021.
